A-Worthy Pte Ltd (“A-Worthy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at a-worthy.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
By using our website or submitting your information through our forms, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:
- Contact and enquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message (e.g. your child’s level, subject of interest).
- Email capture (resource downloads) — your email address when you request a free resource from our Resource Vault.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed through WhatsApp Inc. under their own privacy policy.
We do not collect payment card data. All payment processing, if applicable, is handled by third-party providers under their own privacy policies.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
2. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses the following types of cookies and scripts:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function correctly (e.g. your theme preference stored in
localStorage). - Service worker cache — a service worker caches static assets for faster load times and offline access. No personal data is stored in this cache.
- Plausible Analytics — we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, GDPR-compliant analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers, country) is recorded anonymously.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party advertising trackers.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or programme question
- Send you the free resource you requested
- Provide updates about our programmes, if you have opted in
- Improve our website and services based on aggregate usage data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Our contact forms are processed through Formspree, a secure third-party form service. Email communications are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to our use of your data at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing)
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations

- Google Fonts — typography served from Google’s CDN (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Zoom — online tuition sessions are conducted via Zoom (explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/)
