A-Worthy Pte Ltd (“A-Worthy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at a-worthy.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

By using our website or submitting your information through our forms, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:

Contact and enquiry forms — your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message (e.g. your child’s level, subject of interest).
Email capture (resource downloads) — your email address when you request a free resource from our Resource Vault.
WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed through WhatsApp Inc. under their own privacy policy.

We do not collect payment card data. All payment processing, if applicable, is handled by third-party providers under their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

2. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses the following types of cookies and scripts:

Essential cookies — required for the site to function correctly (e.g. your theme preference stored in localStorage).
Service worker cache — a service worker caches static assets for faster load times and offline access. No personal data is stored in this cache.
